Thus the exhibition, running through 29th April 2013, becomes the set of grotesque stories of actors without theatre, citizens without cities, outsiders, murderers, prostitutes, stories that are up-to-date and successfully make concrete the research made by the artist.

Francesco Vincuso, wants overtaking the gap between past and present, reality and imagination by using of the atemporality which depicts the subversive grotesque aesthetics I love and celebrate and reminds me the quotation by the legendary Aubrey Beardsley: “I have one aim, the grotesque. If I am not grotesque I am nothing”. A not to be missed happening for all the ones who are – disperately, joyfully,  enthusiastically Byronesque – devoted to the grotesque.

Love and creativity along with its sharing and the chance of developing that with the one you love – it’s something I always celebrated – as it happened to my dear friend, bright filmmaker Michele Civetta, who recently made a music video of track “Ours” featuring Tim Burgess and his wife, the iconic filmmaker, actress and DJ Asia Argento as talented singer. Michele is also preparing to shoot on May a film based on the novel by Anais NinA spy in the house of love”, featuring a terrific cast, including Asia Argento, Lou Doillon, Franco Nero and Alessandro Roja. The movie got the funds from Italian Ministry for Culture to be financed. Being a gap in the budget of movie, he launched during the last weeks a fund-raising through the virtual platform Indiegogo I ask you for supporting, giving your modest contributions to make concrete an artistic project under the sign of independence.
