The metropolitan bon-ton features in the Spring/Summer 2014 collection by Trussardi, brand created by figlia Gaia Trussardi. Leather, lame fabrics, soft and comfortable lines, transparencies, python prints. It’s a modern, classic mood under the sign of refinement where the casual chic suggestions of bomber jacket and t-shirt become elegant. The color are basic. Black and white, join to beige and bright shades of red, successfully combined with light blue. Smashing are the trench coats, a catchy catsuit and the accessories, scarves, bags, shoes and cowboy hats that add glamour to the collection.

A timeless minimalism, the fluidity of silk, leather, lame fabrics and cotton, a smashing play of asymmetries and transparencies revealing and enhancing the sinuosity of silhouette. The lightness, pureness and austerity of shapes is emphasized by the palette of colors – including blue, black, white, silver along with a bright shade of yellow – and enriched by smashing accessories. Those are the creative alchemies shining in the Spring/Summer 2014 collection of Costume National, brand created by Ennio Capasa. The fashion designer presented the collection he made during the latest edition of Milan Fashion Week which talks about essentiality, the excellence of Made in Italy and a refined metropolitan femininity.

An enchanting installation under the sign of avant-garde and surreal suggestions at the Paris Almine Rech Gallery has recently presented “Never too light”, the new collection by the brilliant jewelry designer Delfina Delettrez. Lightness, irony, craftsmanship, innovative and sophisticated shapes join to the traditional patterns of Delfina’s work. The eyes, featuring in earrings and rings she made, a leitmotiv of her work, are enriched by pearls and gems. A splendor emphasized by her technique which prefers unique and sculptural constructions instead of using the classic bezel to embody the gems and enhance their natural brightness.
